RISK AND BUSINESS

Putting up a business could be tedious because of policy that needs to be accomplished first before you are granted a license to operate your own business and use your business name. This way your business is secured to some legal aspect. And some fact, some stable company and newbie in the business insured their business to possible losses. I know this , for my Aunt has just contacted an agent to ask about a  liability insurance quotes . And I understand my Aunt where she is coming from,and even I myself if I will to put up my own business interest, I will do the same. 

COPYCAT

Surely we all know the importance of having a good hardware storage for our backup files, be it personal files or a business related file. The bottomline is to always duplicate the files before deleting or whatsoever you may wish to do with it.It has been my practice since I learned my lesson on data backup.Before I would not save my files as I believe it is automatically saved. I am also confident before on my files  stored in my computer, not until I encounter incident on my computer which leads to crashing of my saved files. All files are gone and we could not retrieve it anymore. The only option was to reformat the windows application and start all over again. It was hard to accept and I learned my lesson the hard way 

KEY-LOGGER

I've always wonder how the I.T in our company traces our logs in the net whenever we try to access a website in the office. After accessing the site the next thing we know the site that we access the other day , when visited in the next day is already blocked by the admin. And because of that incident, I have learned about key logger  thing, which our admin possibly used to monitor the activity of all employee who is doing the work and who is goofing around. After learning about this data extractor , everyone in the office begun to scan and choose the site that they wish to access, and that includes me also. Of course I don't want to get a memorandum for violating the I.T rules. 

Also, I become interested with the capability and features of a spy software in my personal computer could have, so I can monitor the sites that my niece and nephews are visiting during their free time and everyone is not around to monitor their internet activities without them knowing, and to scan as well the sites that is also viewable to my siblings, for their protection and to preserve their innocence against internet violence and abuse.I hope I could own this one , soon as I believe this is a good investment.

COMPUTER SECURITY

Computer has become our necessity in our daily living and 70% of the world population is using computer and internet. I have browse a site wherein they are discussing the security of the computers we have at home,  office and even our own personal laptop and computers; the one thing that had caught my clever mind is this thing they called keylogger in which according to the author could give  computer owner the privilege of knowing all the activity of their computers at home when your not around, wow I like that. Because my sister and his friends loves to use my computer when I'm on the office. If you will ask me why not put some password on my computer so they can use it, my answer is , I can't do that  my sister might  not like it. and worst she'll have this bad feelings over me. I don't like that thing to happen. So I might just use other options that can track down her activity on my computer, and in that way she can be responsible in using the internet.

If your in doubt and would like to monitor whose using the computer and what are the sites they visits without their knowing that their being monitored, spy detector is I think a must try  gadget to own. This simple usb can be very effective source of checking your computer activity anytime of the day. I can't hide my amazement with these new discovery of recording and monitoring your very own computer that is being used by another person. It may sound improper to others but to those who are in the business and just starting to establish this is somehow a wise move.
