THE GOOD BUSINESS PARTNER

Oh It has been a week now since my last visit in here, but this time I have a better whereabouts of my absences. As I have written in my previous posts, I am into new business venture which makes my days full of actions. 

I know it isn't easy venturing into a business line when you knew only basic about the rules, and one of the limitation is, you cannot managed it personally, I mean your not  hands on with the business. Yet, even though it is the sad part, the good part is that I had my family who supports me all the way. So my worry was lessen half a bit of it. Only, I cannot fully express my aggressiveness, my strict policy over them because of my blood relation with my partners. Though it is not my idea of it, still my heart says tenderly. In case where instruction must be cascaded immediately,I have to make sure the message is clearly delivered in way that my mother will agree with it. Not an easy task  but I like the fact that, this business has brought me closer to my mother and we are able to combine our ideas for the betterment of our business.

HAND WORK WEEKEND

Out of my comfort zone for the weekend I went to visit the stall in the market where I will be doing business for the coming days, the stall was literally empty so I have to look for a carpenter that would help us do the job. Luckily I did not had a hard time finding one. At the back of my mind it would be fix easily and then the process went on. Here comes the need to grind wood, re polishing the concrete ground yet the carpenter do not have the power tools to execute the work.Before we stuck in that scenario, the owner of the stall instructed one of his hired help pick up the right blades from among the concrete saw blades in their stockroom. Over all the major work was finished, it took my weekend for that but it's okay as I am happy with the result.

RISK AND BUSINESS

Putting up a business could be tedious because of policy that needs to be accomplished first before you are granted a license to operate your own business and use your business name. This way your business is secured to some legal aspect. And some fact, some stable company and newbie in the business insured their business to possible losses. I know this , for my Aunt has just contacted an agent to ask about a  liability insurance quotes . And I understand my Aunt where she is coming from,and even I myself if I will to put up my own business interest, I will do the same. 

SHIFTING TO A NEW CAREER

Am I going to quit or continue? I could not decide in clarity as my mind gives me so many reasons.I know It will mean taking away those regular paycheck that I am receiving from working. But at the back of my mind I wanted to break free from being an employee. Business is what my heart really feels much, I wish I could also have my own line of business and establish it like what we see in  affiliate marketing. A friend told me I need more strength and study before deciding to avoid glitches at the end, and I agree to that  which is why I am open to comments and suggestions from them.
