PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE

Last night, the typhoon strikes the metro. The evening news was about updating the public of the things that happened during the storm. As usual many places in the metro were again deep in flood. My mind was busy thinking of those skin diseases that anyone can acquire outside our own houses. Well there is no exemption to that as we can also get it inside our houses.Skin deseases like eczema, ringworm, athletes foot and etc. My advice, don't let our own body be a victim on any kind of deseases. Though I know for a fact that we are expose to viruses everywhere, being alert, prepare and extra cautious can prevent us from falling under category. Remember, prevention is better than cure.
