LEAD ME TO THE CROSS

It's been two days now that this song keeps playing  over and over again inside my  head, every time it starts rolling, I'm totally knock off , unashamed to let go of those tears wanting to flow freely.Oh God, I will be forever thankful and grateful for the love poured out, for the blood spilled for my ransom.Bring me to my knees , rid me of myself I belong to you, lead me to the cross, Lord.

Savior I come
Quiet my soul remember
Redemptions hill
Where Your blood was spilled
For my ransom
Everything I once held dear
I count it all as lost

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross

You were as I
Tempted and trialed
You are
Te word became flesh
Bore my sin and death
Now you're risen

To your heart
To your heart
Lead me to your heart
Lead me to your heart

EXCEED EXPECTATIONS

It says that a person who goes extra mile and make it a point to deliver promises and deadline on time are mostly would become a high achievers , because they know that exceeding expectations helps them stand above the average crowd, or lets say the average employee in an organization. Those people that don't expect to received anything from their efforts gets a good result without them knowing it that their efforts are recognized by their superior or boss. We all know that there is greater rewards for doing extra mile, and also there is a personal transformation that is happening within the person who always strive to give the best service he/she can offer and make out of the work being asked from him/her to do. Likewise , the person develops self-confidence and become known to be a more self-reliant and more influential because of the character he/she possess. If we are only willing to do more than what we are paid to do, in the long run we will be paid to do more than what we do.

HOW ARE WE NOW AFTER THE ONDOY?

Its Ondoy's 1st  anniversary today, I don't know the right feelings to describe as we remember the day. Surely to those who are affected most, it is the day they will never forget in their lives. Some may course the day, while others may have been grateful. We all have different lessons learned from that incident but one thing is I know for certain, we don't want to happen that again. Imagine, no one was spared irregardless of status, wealth acquired , and race. Most of us tasted the effects of our natures outburst.

Ondoy had taught me one thing, its the realization that God, can give everything and God can take everything. Why I say so? , because all the investment you have worked all your life can be gone in a blink of eye. Life is inevitable today were here enjoying the fruits of our labor, the following day were ashes. But really we don't get the lesson, we keep on repeating the same mistakes one time or another. But in fairness to all of us, now we are more cautious, more prepared than last year, and other more to mention, but the question is until when are we keeping the preparation? One year , two years , three years? and if we think that everything is normal again, we will get back to our being complacent? I hope my guess is not right. May God lead us all and spare us from any disastrous events out there.

HOLIDAY TODAY

Oh speaking of Holidays, I love it. I'm one of the millions of people who are always looking forward of Holidays, already counting those days that are free of work even if the official notice for legal holidays are not yet furnished. haha. Because during Holidays I get to enjoy my  peace and freedom. You see I work five days a week so if there are Holidays falls on working days, I take that as a bonus that is worth spending to bond with family, or just have a good breath at home. Like what I did today. I spent the holiday inside the house and didn't bother myself going out somewhere. I had my music played the whole day while I rested in the living room. What a good day, I was able to refresh and get laid alone without restriction. Thank you God,for this wonderful day.
