THE KEEPER

Last weekend our monthly general cleaning in the house has begun, at first I did not want to move and get going as my laziness seems to strike. But thank God I finished my task on the dot. After all chores, we decided to buy some materials to fix our lavatory sink and the door hinge of the toilet. 

Because I am not so familiar with those accessory that might be use, by brother in law do the inventory and so we are told that we need some t-slot and more of related stuff necessary for the work. I gave the budget for it and for awhile , my brother in law came home with him the materials. 

WORK STATUS ALMOST COMPLETE

Having a house of your own and come up with a decision to enhance the house to give the place a whole make over is costly. It takes time, resources and supervision , but at the end of the renovation process you get the result according to your preference. What I am saying? I mentioned these things because one of my family member is on its way of adding touches of their love nest, and one of the work I saw when I visited them was the cnc tube bending for their waterline, while others do the finishing on kitchen walls. Calculating the work accomplishment, I believe it would be completed before the end of this month. Good job.

WELL DONE WEEKEND

Glad everything today went good, all things were done according to time. The weekly chores that I hate to do but have to be done, laundry ,cleaning up the room and the living room with the help of a dear one. While he do the job for me, I was busy with my long time mission, plant nail that will hold the little curtain under the sink. It was not a tough work that needs taps and dies but for me it was an accomplishment. Now I am bothered no more every time I used the kitchen sink.

UPGRADING TO BE COMPLETED SOON

Alas the moment of waiting is over my sister's place is almost all stuff is brand new , in few more months the upgrading will be complete. And I am happy for her, all the hard works have payed. Roaming around my sissy's house , I came to conclude that  most of her collection was from aspen home furniture so I wonder how much it cost her to choose the finest. It was just a thought , but over I like the package of her house and her taste.

IN MY DREAM

Like I said before , one of my  many dream is to design my own house and put all the pieces that I would like to associate inside that place called home from roof to flooring.  I want my house speak of the personality of the owner. I am now re structuring those ideas one by one I know soon this dream will do come true that's why I keep myself updated of the latest interior designs. By means of  magazines ,home improvements  hand outs and informative talk shows in the television. The latest magazine issue that I brought home with me features alloc flooring , sink and tiles that adds up viable information on interior designing. Just a matter of  time,and I  can apply that stock knowledge in me , in due time. 

BUILT TO LAST

Fortuitous event or act of nature are events that we are certain things that we cannot just sit down and wait until it struck us.If we have here storms , floods and other calamity, other countries are also have there own version. Like the tornado in the western part of the world. I do not know how could be frustrating and devastating  it is to see your possessions and other acquired wealth perished with one blow of tornado.Which I think everyone in the state would want that to happen without doing something that will save their inheritance. I guess that's when tornado shelter was made. I am not just sure how many people have built their homes that are believed to overcome tornado, but one things for sure, it helps the resident to be at peace somehow. 

DETAIL THAT WOULD COMPLIMENT

There are days that I am full of dreams, especially when alone and having some quiet time. I love to think that someday I could buy also the things that I wish to have. Have my own house that I designed myself , hand pick personally every decoration, stuff that I will be installing my home. Even Table top displays in the dining, living room, bedroom, room theater would compliment to my personality. I would make it spacious to ones eye. More space High ceiling, front yard and back with flowers and a mini water falls.How lovely if all these will do come true in God's time. Amen.

ITS WHAT YOU CALLED CREATIVITY

I came to visit the Engineering department which I became my family for two years and was transferred to another field of responsibility. Their new cad designer was doing a 3d models of prototyping on hotel lobby, While watching him I was impressed with his new model design he was working out, hes design was competitive, seeing those using a omnimount style in his layouts add up sophistication in his work.Nice to see new ideas and designs from the family I have loved and serve for two years. Creativity is always present in that group that's why they are so close in my heart.

THINGS TO BUY

I have so many things in my mind since last week that I wanted to buy, sort of replacing the old furniture and other stuff inside the house. It will cost me much , I know that's why I am saving for it. I have to cut those expenses that are not necessary and I can live without. I have been canvassing also for the items where I could buy the item at a discounted rate. Aside from new furniture, I'm also considering the cellular blinds, to which I can put in my rooms window. I hope it will not take me more months before I could purchase those item, If I have credit card, I'm pretty sure I had those stuff already inside my house. But thank goodness, I don't have credit card, anymore, because I'm a compulsive buyer. And I may not control myself once I saw those things that I like and just  let my card swipe here and there, and then regret later  for the bills. At least now, I am taught to earn and save before indulging myself into things that I want to buy.

HOUSE TRIPPING

I strongly believe that as we grow older our priorities change,and its true in my case. If I am to recap all those plans I had the fast few months, I could say there are major changes that I have come up. Like having a change of plan in renting an apartment. Now, I would like to have my own house that I can call mine. I started my house tripping two weeks ago. From north to south, I was looking for place that is near and accessible to where I am working now. My desire to have my own house was confirmed when I saw those model houses of the villages I was tripping. The home décor for the models houses are cozy and homey, I would also want to design in my own house were I could express my personality . So as early as now, I know now what I am up to and what my priority is. I already have my prospect house and lot to purchase and I'm planning to reserve a slot this coming month, for now I will have to research first the the area before jumping over the offer.

PRIORITIES TO CONSIDER

As I've mention on my previous post about my friend's preparation, Of course she will be needing the right materials and furniture's for her new renovated house. And I'm good at it, as have the hidden passion for interior designing and home improvements. It's my time to shine and I am going to give her idea where she can find Modern Furniture that will match their personal preference. At least with these little way of mine, I know she will appreciate my help. Anyway, it is my share to do since she is busy with other things right now. Plus, she needed to assist her baby's needs too. Her daughter is growing smart and very active that needs her personal assistance aside from taking care of her boyfriend's concerned and the house renovation details. Now, I'm just helping her with all what I can do. I wish I had the money too, for me to renovate my parent's house. Maybe I need a breakthrough to make my wishes do all come true.  I guess there's time for everything and my time is yet to come. But for now, I'd just help first my friend in her needs.

COMFORT OF LIFE

I love to look on the furniture section in whenever I and my friends go to the big malls in the metro. Its one of the pleasures in life I love to do even if it makes my feet protest because of the long walks. I always dreamed of those bedroom set in that furniture boutique I never failed to visit in that mall.How I wish I could have that fantastic bedroom in my own dream house. Well who knows? The world is round. Having a perfect set of cozy and sophisticated bedroom gives you a feeling of sense of being at home and  peaceful. The good ambiance it can give you and the relaxing effect you can get from these kinds of bedroom choices is priceless. If  I can afford the comfort of life can offer, I would gladly embrace it and apply in in my lifestyle.I know an average man dream of having a good life, and I am one of those average person who wish for that too.

It's been half a year now that I am looking for a fashionable cover for my  window at home. I know  what I am looking for I am just having a hard time searching for the materials in the nearest  shops. Until a friend of mine show me this site that offers  variety of  wooden venetian blinds.
