WHAT ABOUT FREEDOM

Internet has become our day to day companion for most of us, this medium of communication undeniably a powerful tool to convey message in no time.Through internet we became aware of the latest up to date information around the globe. Last night , I learned from the news that the law that regulates the use of Internet is now rolling. It is now a crime and will be punishable by law when you spread words that will damage the reputation of the victim, libel will be the case. Also, pornography, bullying, hacking and other online activity that is against the law.

What about freedom? Freedom is good when it is used responsibly.Laws that were set to filter real from trash is not an issue to people who uses the internet properly, but to violators it is not an easy thing, as they knows no boundary in the world wide web. My point on this matter is that laws and rules are there to set  standard for us to live a good life ahead, they are not intended to deprive us, if we will only learn to see the bigger picture. And this is just my personal opinion.:) Happy day!

THE RIGHT TO DEFEND

First of all no one should be deprive of his/her right. I say so because I greatly believe laws are made to serve as a guidelines and standard for every citizen. My father had his heart attack when he working in a big construction company. He got his heart failure from his job exposure in the construction field, with that he filed a case against the company and won the case, he was given a lifetime allotment  for the health damaged.  My father is just one of the successful example who fought for his right. RIGHT TO DEFEND YOURSELF

I'm so fond of watching series that has something to do with law and order and other documentaries about crimes investigation. Just recently, I was pinned down in this story about the great escape of the  suspect, who killed a police officer  when he was running to avoid the police. When he was in jail, he  was able to get out of the prison using his special ability, those things that you least think that he can use as an accessory  was actually the reason why he was able to do his plan.

On some part, there are complaints about assault & battery everywhere.And we all know, the complained party  remained innocent unless proven guilty. Complained party has the right to defend themselves that are given the chance to be heard in their appeal.
